How Corporate Groups Book With Us

Reserved group seating on a public cruise. Your team sits together on a scheduled sightseeing or dinner cruise. Simplest option, lowest minimum, no planning lift. Perfect for smaller teams and for adding an evening to a conference agenda without building a whole event.

A private room on a public cruise. Enjoy a dedicated space for dining or a presentation, plus access to the decks and the onboard entertainment. The rest of the boat carries public passengers. Perfect for dinners, cocktail receptions, and meetings.

Full-vessel charter. The whole riverboat, our most exclusive experience. You set the timing, menu, entertainment, and run of show. Perfect for dinners, cocktail receptions, holiday parties, and product launches.

Both riverboats. Two vessels, one program, up to 660 guests.

Conventions and Attendee Programs

A short walk from downtown hotels and the Music City Convention Center, central to all of downtown. Buses can pull directly into the roundabout at Riverfront Park for convenient drop-off and pickup.

Formats that work well for convention groups:

  • Private dining and cocktail receptions
  • Opening-night and networking receptions, signature dinners
  • Sponsor and VIP hospitality with optional signage or banners
  • Board and committee meetings or dinners
  • Attendee excursions spouse and partner programming
  • Closing-night dinners with Nashville’s best views

We work with DMCs and planning agencies regularly. If you’re sourcing on behalf of a client, contact our sales manager for a capacity sheet and current group rates.

Iconic American Team Building

Charter both riverboats and host a riverboat race.

Two authentic paddlewheelers, side by side on the Cumberland. It’s loud. There’s a calliope involved. People who have sat through eleven trust falls in their careers will talk about this one.

Beyond the race, the boat itself does the work a conference room can’t. Nobody checks Slack when the skyline is going by. Departments that never talk end up on the same deck. And when the cruise ends, everyone gets off at the same dock, downtown, ten minutes from wherever they’re going next.

We’ll also build quieter formats: live music with a Nashville songwriter round, guided history programming, casino-style deck games. Tell us what you’re trying to accomplish, and we’ll curate the cruise for unforgettable memories!

Corporate Holiday Parties

Nashville’s holiday party calendar fills by early autumn and the best dates will go fast. Cruising past a lit-up downtown in December, and you don’t have to build a theme because the boat already is one. Alternate dock available with parking away from downtown.

Holiday programs include a seasonal buffet, bar packages, and live entertainment. Both vessels are climate-controlled indoors, with covered outdoor deck space for guests to experience Nashville holiday decor.

FIRST NAME(Required)

A Venue That Comes With a Story

The Capitol is the second riverboat to carry the name. The first ran from 1920 to 1945 under Streckfus Steamers, and it’s where a teenage Louis Armstrong got his start playing for two and a half years after Captain Joe Streckfus heard him perform in the French Quarter.

The dining rooms aboard today’s Capitol are named for the Streckfus family and for Louis Armstrong.
