Nashville Riverboats
Cancellation & Trip Protection: All reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable once payment is made. However, we offer optional Trip Protection, which allows you to cancel up to 24 hours before your departure and receive either a full reimbursement or store credit – excluding the Trip Protection fee.
- Standard Bookings: All reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable unless Trip Protection was purchased at the time of booking.
- With Trip Protection: You may reschedule or request a 100% refund (minus the protection fee) provided you notify us at least 24 hours prior to departure.
- The 24-Hour Rule: Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure, late arrivals, or no-shows result in 100% forfeiture of payment, regardless of protection status.
- Special Events: Holiday and Specialty cruises are strictly non-refundable and do not qualify for Trip Protection. View Special Event Policy here.
- Declining Trip Protection: All cruise bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once payment is received. Changes to dates, times, or boats are not permitted after payment is made. No-shows, late arrivals, or cancellations will result in a 100% forfeiture of payment and are not eligible for any compensation.
- Company Cancellations: If Nashville Riverboats cancels a cruise, you are entitled to a full refund or a reschedule.
Boarding Requirements:
- ID Check: You must present the credit card used for purchase and a matching photo ID at check in.
- Security: All passengers and bags are subject to US Coast Guard search/screening. Please leave unnecessary bags behind; keep gifts unwrapped or in gift bags.
- Check-in: Boarding begins 30 minutes prior to departure.
Onboard Policies:
- Gratuity: Dining cruises include a prepaid gratuity for the meal. Please note that gratuity is not included for any additional onboard purchases.
- Seating is predetermined, and seat changes or requests are not accommodated once on board. Groups must purchase tickets under one reservation, with dining tables accommodating up between 4-8 guests. Larger groups will be seated separately.
- Schedules, menus, and cruise routes are subject to change.
- Smoking & Drugs: All vessels are 100% smoke-free. Illegal substances, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited.
Nashville Riverboats periodically takes photographs and video of the cruise and boarding process and may use your imagery on our website or for other promotional purposes. By accepting these terms, you agree and grant permission for Nashville Riverboats to use your picture or imagery for the sole purpose of marketing Nashville Riverboats and affiliated vessels.
Yacht StarShip shall not be held vicariously liable for the intentional or negligent acts of any persons not employed by Yacht StarShip. Suit to recover on any claim against Yacht StarShip must be filed within one year after the date of the injury or event. Guest expressly waives all other potentially-applicable state or federal limitation periods. All suits must be brought to Hillsborough County, Florida. By accepting these terms, Guest agrees to the above.
